Over 23 years building and construction knowledge after graduating year 12 High school, a very passionate building inspector that takes a huge satisfaction in providing the right information to potential property purchasers and new home build clients. Detracts from being ‘an alarmist’ and educating clients of severity levels of defects found and recommendations to address. Carpentry background after graduation, spent 4 years as apprentice, constructing large renovations. Specializing in raising old queenslander style homes and gaining experience in all trades. As a carpenter during this apprenticeship, working in and around all other trades, gave me the experience to become a registered builder in 2008. From building my own properties, working for major project home builders (ie Clarendon Homes, McCarthy Homes, PJ Burns, Award Winning Group) in site management and construction management roles and now using vast knowledge and expertise as a complete residential building inspector. Services include-- pre purchase inspections- new home stage inspections - pre handover inspections - 12 monthly builder warranty inspections- owner builder inspections - tax depreciation schedules/ reports- timber pest inspections - pool safety inspection - condition reports (entry/ exit reports)
