CurrentOversee South Carolina ETV’s Education initiatives including training, marketing, and promotion of ETV’s education offerings. Projects include working with ETV’s partners of South Carolina K-12 school districts, State Department of Education, Higher Education institutions, State Agencies, Criminal Justice Academy, local and state government, municipalities, associations and community groups. Negotiate and secure several state-wide multi-million dollar educational service contracts. Implement new paradigms of interactive educational deliveries. Manage ETV’s StreamlineSC, an internet video-on-demand service free to all SC schools. Manage ETV’s distance learning and communication services, such as teleconferencing, Learning Management Systems and PBS Teacherline Southeast, and online course offerings to teachers and public service officers. Sustain all FCC Educational Broadband Service (EBS) transition requirements, and assist with the administration of local school district IP media streaming systems. Assure ETV’s EBS spectrum lease is in compliance. Seek new and innovative ways to implement solutions using ETV Education services.
