As Managing Director at Organic Response, I have been responsible for leading the business through significant change. Primarily this has involved scaling the company (3x) to better meet the demands of its parent, the Fagerhult Group, and deliver on our ambition to create a more personal and sustainable built environment. We have created a world-class team of product specialists, software and hardware developers, test and quality engineers and an operational delivery team. We have built this truly exceptional team here in Australia and Sweden at our new European hub - created to support our European partners. Throughout this change (and Covid!), Organic Response has continued to collaboratively deliver new climate-positive features and products that contribute to better lives. The adoption of future-facing solutions for the built environment continues to accelerate, and it’s thrilling to be part of a business that plays such a pivotal role in this shift. As Technical then Managing Director for Organic Response I have developed partnerships internal and external to the Group. These partnerships have been crucial to the success I have seen in my roles and will be the key to seeing Organic Response truly scale. As a member of the Fagerhult Group’s connectivity leadership team, I have also been responsible for co-creating the Group’s strategy for a connected future. This strategy reflects our business’s strong commitment to sustainability.
