I support our Atrium teammates for these applications: Administrator of the GEMPay payroll deduction system and its proprietary software/hardware, this includes administering accounts, monitoring database server, writing ad hoc SQL code for all aspects of operations. Administration of the Micros POS software and hardware used in our cafeterias, pharmacies, and shops, including account maintenance and product life cycle. Project manager for multi-million-dollar Atrium annual teammate giving campaign. Coordinate meetings, project timelines and data mining donor information for various teams by creating numerous ad hoc queries in SQL Server and Access.

Initially supported users in Word 1.1 and 2.0 along with Windows 3.1 for 1.5 years. Then supported FoxPro 2.0, 2.5 & 2.6 on platforms DOS, Windows, Macintosh and UNIX. Became Tier 2 support for Visual FoxPro 3, 5 & 6, supporting VFP developers writing custom applications. Also supported developers using Visual Basic 4 & 5, as well as SourceSafe. Wrote hundreds of Knowledgebase articles, many involve extensive programming utilizing OLE automation between VFP and Word or Outlook.
