I lead Master Data Management at Travelers, overseeing strategy and execution in support of all the business and functional areas. This area provides mastered information by matching, de-duplicating, and enriching data about important entities like businesses and organizations, individuals, agents and agencies, and locations. We work across all business units and functional areas to promote the adoption of this data and related capabilities. We also promote data management practices to improve data quality and usefulness I have worked in the Insurance Industry in Life, Health, and Property Casualty for over 25 years, both in IT and business capacities. I have also provided thought leadership and vision throughout many roles, including heading Innovation, Call Center Architecture and Portal Development. Holder of four US patents and two international patents.
