Machine Operator
CurrentSet up and manage machine cutting tongue and groove into 4' x 8' OSB panels. All measurements must be within our specifications. I perform quality checks throughout my shift insuring all measurements and fit tests are exactly what is expected by the company. I ensure the marking on each panel is well above expectations. I manage the entire line to ensure an even and continuous flow of product is maintained from the infeed of my machine to the finished product on the outfeed of my line including 3 more employees all while making sure each employee is performing their job task in a safe and productive manner.
