About Dean Cuthbert
I currently work for Lush Cosmetics and have done since 2009. I have taken various roles within the company from store management, to Customer Care Office Management. I am currently the Global Customer Care Systems, AI and Technical Support lead where I design the conversation flows for our Live Chat Service while also building and training our Ticket AI Bot which is provided by Ultimate AI. I also look after our Zendesk Instance, ensuring Tags, Triggers and Automations are up to date and correct and I implement requests from our Global Customer Care teams. I also look after the user Accounts.I work with around 15 Customer Care teams around the world, delivering the AI Ticket Bot in each country while keeping it up to date and well trained and providing basic technical support on our systems such as Zendesk, Saleor and Auth0. I also studied filmmaking at University in Newcastle so I have a strong knowledge of film editing and animation, my favourite area being title card animations.
