I am a self-motivated, analytical and innovative person. I’ve spent over 10 years in the media monitoring industry where I’ve learnt to become very flexible and adaptable to the ever-changing demands of our clients. My main duties include collating relevant news articles and creating content packs for big multinational financial institutions to strict SLA’s. Dealing with any client issues and requests and liaising with content management on a daily basis to make sure that any content we send out falls in line with copyright laws. I’ve always had a huge interest in the IT sector through my various hobbies and interests, to this end I recently enrolled in a self-funded course to get industry recognised qualifications and turn my hobby into my career. I aim to secure a role in 1st line support where I can apply my current skill set and gain more knowledge and experience going forward and helping me to attain further qualifications.
