Lead a large-scale external assessment to develop a comprehensive multiyear strategic plan to remediate the technology “debt” risk.• Head of IT Program Management (PMO) - Deployed to build out an aggressive PMO to oversee the multiyear tech “debt” remediate plan with a 4X increase in portfolio budget.
