Current• Leading clients through successful implementation of EGT Software Products• Reviewing and identifying customer business process and workflow requirements• Using subject matter expertise to consult clients on optimal use of our products for their business• Educating and training users on software functionality, remote or onsite• Validating data conversions are accurate and meet project scope requirements• Providing instruction and guidance to clients for proper data review and validation• Creating training agendas, client specific process documentation, and other required project documents• Using technical tools such as MS SQL, My SQL, Adobe LiveCycle, Excel, assist with various project tasks• Creating custom forms and reports for client specific needs• Organizing project documentation and keep internal project tracking systems up to date
