• Sustainability Champion on the Jackson Dairy Energy Team. Given the task for the plant to achieve zero waste to landfill. I was able to achieve this by collaborating with Sonoco Recycling where we saved 50% per gallon on liquid waste removal costs and collect revenue from cardboard bales. We used these to offset the costs of sending trash to a waste to energy facility. o Sustainability savings to date- $63,736o Bale revenue to date- $21,394• Green Belt Project #1. Working Capital Reduction.o Reduced total raw material inventory dollars by $4 million for 2015 vs. 2014. Lead a Plant DK to reduce OJ Concentrate receiving material loss. Highlights include the following:o Critical X. Created standard work for OJ processing, OJ Receiving, BRIX testing and Calibrating Refractometero Critical X. Completed revisions to the OJ Receiving program with the Process Specialist and Programmero Critical X. Recovery water temperature was out of spec in the OJ recovery tank. The temperature should be a minimum of 136 degrees. Found that there is a blockage in the condensation line for the recovery and completed repairs.• Milk Receiving Creditso Achieved a 97% receiving credit in 2015. An improvement of 8% in 2015 from prior year, a $67,300 improvement. o Achieved a 96% receiving credit in 2016.

• Mentored a new Production Supervisor• Ensure accurate Raw Milk, Turkey Hill Tea, Cooler inventories and resolve discrepancies. • Participated on the Turkey Hill Tea Sanitizer RCA.
