Mr. Engelhardt had a career as an active Naval officer, a government contractor, and finally a Federal Service employee. Mr. Engelhardt recently accepted a supervisory position with Strategic Systems Programs (SSP) as Acting Branch Head of the Nuclear Weapons (NW) Safety, Security and Compliance Branch, SP31. In this position, he managed and led personnel responsible for NW Safety, Radiological Controls/Radiation Health, Personnel Reliability Program, and Nuclear Weapons Incident policy. In October 2017 Mr. Engelhardt became an Instructor for the Graduate School USA providing instruction in Leadership and Public Speaking areas.Mr. Engelhardt holds an MS degree in business with a concentration in government contracting and a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA). He has several performance awards and citations including the Department of Navy Meritorious Civilian Service Award (2015) and the Department of Navy Superior Civilian Service Award (2017).
