After completing my Bachelor’s Degree in the Accounting field my career path took a quick turn when my first job landed me in HR. At this point in my career, I am experienced enough in the Human Resources field to know that there is always more to learn. In HR each day is a new challenge, which makes for continual growth and improvement. With my current role I have the opportunity to work with a great team and get involved in many aspects of not only HR, but the overall business. I am involved with recruitment, employee development, policy creation and implementation, benefit administration, marketing, strategy development, succession planning, safety and a number peripheral support departments for HR. I am always open to share experiences and create connections to help continue to grow and develop.
