Hoshizaki Lancer are the industry leaders who manufacture and service Beer/Drink Dispensing equipment (Lancer Beverage) throughout Australia and New Zealand, together with a full range of Foodservice Refrigeration and Ice Making Equipment (Hoshizaki).I am responsible for the sales and service of all equipment throughout Victoria and Tasmania. My direct reports are Draft Beer Operation managers, a BDM for Hoshizaki Refrigeration/Ice Equipment, Warehouse staff, 7 x Service Techs and several sub-contractors throughout Victoria and Tasmania.

Managed a team of 15 Refrigeration Service Techs across Melbourne within the Industrial Refrigeration Industry of Victoria. Managed the day to day operations of service and maintenance refrigeration plants such as Cold Storage Logistics, Abattoirs, Food Processing, Meat and Seafood Distribution facilities, including our expertise with Ammonia refrigerant. Carried out site inspections for new Cold/Freezer Rooms and extensions, designed refrigeration capacities, quoted and project managed installations. Set up, created and implemented new monthly/bi annual and annual refrigeration plant and equipment maintenance checks.

National Sales Manager for Foodservice and Bakery equipment. Developed and implemented the sale of equipment strategy by introducing the full range of Angelo Po hospitality equipment to new distributor network within a very competitive environment. Created customer base, created price list structures, created and implemented inventory cycles. Managed a team of 8 sales professionals within foodservcie and bakery sectors., nationally.

State Manager - Created a new sales distribution of Goldstein and Eswood cooking and dishwashing equipment within Victoria and Tasmania. Manage state equipment sales, service and spare parts teams. Controlled branch P&L on a daily basis. Redeveloped relationships with Victorian Foodservice Distributor industry. Implemented new pricing structures and strategies to regenerate and entice customers to purchase Australian made Cooking and Warewashing equipment. Managed and mentored service team, liaised with sub contractors and spare parts purchasers. Managed and implemented the company exhibition at Fine Foods Show Melbourne. Developed relationships with business owners, chefs and managers of food businesses by selling and demonstrating equipment for restaurants, cafes, hospitals, caterers and all relative businesses with the food industry.
