Had an amazing opportunity to spend multiple stints in Asia transitioning those businesses to Malaysia and Manila and service delivery at scale. After returning home, I pivoted back to my technology roots with time in IT Managed Services and Customer Success roles which expanded my appreciation for the world behind the service providers, before landing in my sweet spot right in the middle - Customer Experience and Technology – focusing on CX Contact Centres, Digital, AI and Automation.🚀 What’s NextThroughout my career, I’ve had a knack of being able to simplify complex customer experience and technology challenges and communicate them throughout all levels of organisations.
