Responsibilities include the management of three teams of four to five attorney represented adjusters. Work closely with defense counsel and provide direction and authority on claims files. In charge of two separate low impact special projects. Create reports and provide status to executive management on a weekly basis. Was promoted to department Manager from a level three team manager. Started with the company as a level two adjuster and was promoted to a level 3 adjuster in 6 weeks, was promoted to a level three team manager after 1 year. Handled all fatalities for the company nationwide. Reduced fatality under reserved claims by $29 million in the 1st year I ran the fatalities for the company.

Owner of a residential pest control company I was responsible for all aspects of the business, from booking all pest control contracts to completing all the work. Responsible for all billing and collecting of current and outstanding invoicing. Responsible for all advertising and public relations. Asked to put on several pest control and business presentations.

Responsibilities included managing a litigation and hig exposure claims inventory in excess of 200 exposures. Resolving complex coverage issues, evaluating and resolving high exposure property damage losses. Evaluating and resolving catastrophic and life altering bodily injury claims, including fatality claims. Resolving all claims, liens and demands associated with litigation claims. Attending and negotiating court ordered mediations to resolution. Working closely with and directing legal strategies used by defense attorneys, and attending trial when necessary. I began my employment after graduating from college working level one claims in both PD and BI claims. Department regional manager after grading and evaluated my closed Bi claims asked me to move to the Casualty side of claims.

Assistant team leader while assigned while assigned with the 75th Ranger regiment, and ID LRSD and III Corps LRSC Special Operations Command. I was an assistant team leader in charge of the care and welfare of four subordinate soldiers. I was deployed overseas as well as stateside and participated in many live fire exercises. Responsibilities included the care and control of team equipment valued in excess of $1 million dollars. I conducted performance evaluations of four subordinate soldiers, was in charge of the physical fitness program for my team and the company non-commissioned officer in charge of marksmanship training. Received the Overseas Service Ribbon, Good conduct medal, AAM and ARCOM.

Responsibilities included the management and transfer of large sums of money on a daily basis and conducting a service-oriented pest control business for the public. My position required heavy interaction with the public and making critical business decisions quickly and accurately.
