Provide materials procurement oversight, project and procurement planning and procurement specifications expertise to the Projects organization from the inception to final project execution.Materials oversight of the procurement and delivery cycle to ensure project materials meets specification and delivery requirements. Support Project Management by collaborating with Projects, Supply Chain, Engineering, and other key teams during all phases of the project by acting as liaison between all the project stakeholders and is a key element in sustaining communications and coordinating with all the functional teams. Review engineered drawings to ensure they meet relevant ASPC materials specifications, Project SOW requirements, schedule, logistics and overall budget expectations. Facilitate the development of the overall Project Procurement Plan to include materials, logistics and services to supply chain. Troubleshoot materials related issues and concerns to provide alternative solutions and encourage new ideas and innovation.

PRP (Pipeline Renewal Program) Projects Delivery Lead for BP pipelines for the Greater Prudhoe Bay. Duties include the preparation of Request for Proposals (RFP's). Commercial and technical evaluation of proposals. Preparation and execution of Purchase Orders (PO's) for Engineering, Fabrication and Construction in support of the Project and Project Team. Administration of the PO's from execution to completion to include change orders, RFI's and amendments.

Prudhoe Bay, Alaska

A North Slope PSCM based position providing contracts support for GPB construction group, Milne Point Construction Group and Liberty construction projects. Administer North Slope Master Service Agreements (MSA’s), PA’s/ PO’s, stand-alone contracts in support of CAMS, Construction Engineers/Technical Representatives (Project Leads / Managers) and town based contracts representatives. Work closely with BP Construction Engineers and Project Leads to further ensure all contract requirements are met. This includes cost monitoring and cost management, development and reviews of cost estimates, work with the construction scheduler to ensure the contractor is on track as per contractual end dates and milestones. Prepare and conduct construction Kick-Off meetings with the contractor to cover commercial requirements, schedule requirements, budgets and SOW. Report progress to BP town in regards to mile stones and contractor performance. Ensure proper reporting documentation is implemented and utilized as per contractual reporting templates associated with the contract. Monitor any and all Quality issues, HSE Issues and report them back to town and the PL for further discussion of contractor performance. Identify risks to scope, schedule and budget as the project progresses to completion. Perform Costs analysis of construction projects and identify overall overage as compared to similar projects completed in the past either with the same contractor or with different contracts performing the same type of work. Perform extensive invoice analysis and audits to assure on the behalf of the Project Lead contract compliance of rates, back up documents for labor, back up documents for 3rd party equipment and back up documentation for reimbursables.
