As Chairman of Board of URBI, S.A., Bilbao Spain, Dean led the privatization and acquisition of Czech LUZERNA Film Ltd, in preparation of NASDAQ listing of Czech industries. Highly skilled in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence, Dean also led product and technology innovation and delivery, using Machine Learning, AI and rapid agile delivery methodologies and successfully led a digital transformation.With 16 years of financial trading experience worldwide including at Silicon Valley, Dean came across many problems that traders faced and after accumulating a wealth of experience in this sector, he founded First Union Capital to resolve the most common problems traders faced.
