Overseeing the growth of small sided sport in the South of Uk. Powerleague are the UK leaders in inclusive provisions for 5/6/7/11 aside football aswell as netball variations. 2700 teams, promoting male, female, disability, veteran and all inclusive users. My role is to oversee the 8 regions across London, Essex, Hampshire, Dorset, Surrey, Berks & Bucks and to grow the provisions in several others.

Since June 2019, I have overseen the refurbishment and Pre sale of Newcastle City Baths, one of only 10 Turkish Baths in the Uk, and soon to be Fusion Lifestyles’ Flagship leisure centre incorporating not only a spa, but a pool, gym and studios good enough to rub shoulders with its private counterparts Currently GM of one of the highest profit making sites in the portfolio, alongside New Chiswick Pool combining for a diverse demographic excelling in membership revenue lines and community sport. Sites maintain an excellent cornerstone of the community, maintaining vigorous Health & Safety legislation while still giving first class service to its in excess of 8000 weekly users.

Responsible for the financial performance of one of West Londons largest EBITDA clubs, while being responsible for managing the customer experience of this challenging club. Am currently Acting GM, which has enhanced my knowledge quickly of Nuffield and the key matrix needed to drive the club forward

Responsible for the operations and commercial development of a brand new boutique club in one of the Uks fastest growing franchises.

I was responsible for the pre sales of Heston Leisure centre, making it one of the best performing clubs in West London, before going onto oversee 7 other clubs within the Hounslow Region
