I have been blessed to enjoy 53 years of very successful pastoral ministry. My wife and I have planted four new church and revitalized four churches that were in stagnation or decline. Each of these churches saw record growth spiritually, numerically, and financially. I became the Senior Pastor of Living Faith Church in Hermiston, OR, October 1, 2007. It was a healthy church with eight people in attendance. We served there until March 5, 2023 during those years in grew to a congregation of 400 with a weekly attendance of averaging 300-350.Through the years of pastoral ministry Wanda and I mentored several couples into full time Christian ministry and served as mentors to couples who were already serving in pastoral ministry. June 2022 we launched a new coaching ministry for pastors and their leadership teams, MAXIMUM. We have now served as coach/mentor to ten pastors as their leadership teams.
