As a Preparedness Consultant with Hagerty Consulting, Inc., I specialize in managing grant programs and emergency response initiatives. With experience at the Maryland Emergency Management Agency and Howard County, MD, I have led the development of grant applications, conducted assessments, and pioneered surge planning scenarios for COVID-19 response and recovery.At the Maryland Department of Health, I developed a Concept of Governance for a COVID-19 surge scenario and coordinated therapeutics logistics for all partnered vendors. I also led the engagement and recovery outreach efforts for the Maryland Department of Health in several counties, pioneering a Middle School Vaccination Program in Prince George’s County.In my role at Hagerty Consulting, Inc., I have managed the writing and development of multiple $25 million grant applications and assessed current and future grant opportunities for the Maryland Department of Budget Management.
