Dean Hallatt is the Security Supervisor for Grant PUD. He moved from the Enterprise Risk Management Division where he served as a Risk Analyst for Grant PUD. In 2021, Dean retired after 27 years of public service. Dean Hallatt was certified by the Washington State Criminal Justice Training Commission as a Washington State Peace Officer. He was a Patrol Lieutenant for the Grant County Sheriff’s Office. Dean was also a cadre member for the Washington State Criminal Justice Training Commission Leadership and Instructor Development Programs. Dean Hallatt continues his passion for helping individuals and organizations improve their conditions through creating trusting cultures. He is a Senior Resource Partner at Influencing Options® and has worked extensively with groups and individuals representing all levels of an organization— with a targeted focus on maximizing the effectiveness of people, processes and performance. Dean is a Wagner Certified™ Master Trainer. He holds a Wagner Certification™ in Ethical Influencing, Problem Solving & Confronting Without Conflict, Managing High Performing Groups & Teams and Performance Conversations.Dean leads powerful workshops and seminars to help leaders effectively handle their most challenging personnel and organizational challenges by addressing performance issues and asking for what you want with clarity and specificity. He helps leaders reinforce the actions and behaviors needed to move organizations into the future and by creating workplace cultures of commitment, alignment and shared vision. He is based out of Washington State and is available for training events, speaking engagements, keynotes and leadership seminars.Dean and his family can often be found enjoying the outdoors in the Pacific Northwest. They enjoy downhill skiing, mountain biking, hiking, and camping.
