The National Advisory Board for Impact Investments, promoting Aotearoa's impact investment ecosystem development and deal flow.

Reporting to CEO and member of the Senior Leadership Team serving AHRI's 20,000 strong member base. Responsible for driving the commercial, membership engagement, marketing and revenue generating strategies for AHRI. This included oversight of all membership engagement, professional development sales, commercial opportunities, marketing, communications and sponsorship. Delivery of AHRI National Convention & Exhibition, the premier HR conference in the southern hemisphere.

Member of the Senior Leadership Team. Leading a team responsible for building a new sales and engagement focused team to drive revenue generating strategies within AHRI. Oversight of all membership services, customised training, commercial, sponsorship and enquiry teams.

Manager of the Commercial Sales team, sitting on the AHRI Management Team. Developing sponsorship opportunities to leverage AHRI’s suite of professional development products, events, digital sales, organisation membership and engagement. Exhibition Manager for the southern hemisphere’s largest HR exhibition. This includes floorplan ⠀design, event logistics and co-ordination both within AHRI and with third party suppliers
