-Manage preventative maintenance scheduling, quality, and customer satisfaction -Listen to and resolve customer complaints regarding services, products, or personnel -Provide staff with assistance in performing difficult or complicated duties -Attend company meetings to exchange product information and coordinate work activities with other departments Ensures safe and reliable vehicles are available to meet operational requirements.Conducts fleet evaluations to ensure maintenance standards are met.Ensures vehicle management systems are effectively utilized.Assists in budget process as required.Conducts and/or attends and contributes to periodic driver/safety meetings to maintain favorable working relationships among all employees and promote maximum morale, productivity, and efficiency.Provides training and presentations as needed.Updates and submits required reports in a timely manner.Full accountability over maintenance and repairEnsure maintenance work is completed in accordance with all State, Federal and Company standards.Develop repair solutions to reduce reoccurrence or eliminate maintenance failures.Promote an atmosphere of team spirit through good examples, open communication, good listening and timely problem solving.Provide day to day operational leadership and be accountable for meeting and exceeding the agreed-upon service, financial and operational goals for your facility.Continually introduce best practices and drive operational excellence.Any other duties as assigned.
