Assisted with strategic planning, messaging, and technical details for the tool’s integration into banks, such as Bank of New York, Goldman Sachs, and the Bank of Canada. • Developed communication plans and prepared executive briefings and successful workshop presentations for banks. Presented to development teams to establish standards. Ownership relied on me to provide feedback on their trial presentations and to contribute to the scope, strategy, and workshop delivery.

Lead an effort to create a Software Development Life Cycle for DSR Management, an IT consulting firm in Evanston, Illinois.Analyzed white papers, created templates, and developed standards for Quality Assurance testing. Articulated a testing process, which DSR presents to its clients as proof of their expertise in the field of QA.

Analyzed TransUnion's CRS2 Online Help System and collaborated with the Department Lead to re-write the business requirements and redesign the system. Made recommendations for improvements to the information architecture. TransUnion extended the contract so I could implement the recommendations and train their Information Systems Designers on how to develop online help this way.

Created a vision for a "Transformation Project," comprising of over 50 sub-projects to transform Allstate's Application Services department to a process-driven, consultative organization. This project provided the opportunity to document and influence organizational change on a large scale.Collaborated with consultants from Deloitte and Touche to improve their Business Process Management workshops and bridge the gap between the technical and non-technical sides of Allstate.

Lead a long-term initiative to create from scratch an enterprise-wide Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).Created a high-level graphical representation of the company's existing life cycle. Project teams use this process flow at the beginning of each project to agree on the deliverables before creating Project Plans.Facilitated meetings between middle management and a diverse group of project-team members.Managed and tracked the progress of this project to help ensure the team met milestones.
