Monthly packaging consisting of Executive Summaries, historical and brand Sales Reviews, Customer Type Analysis/Summary, Product Line Reviews, Balance Sheet and Income Statement Analysis with monthly, quarterly, and YTD comparisons along with Key Ratio tracking, Accounts Receivable breakdown/review, Inventory Analysis including WIP recap, and Revenue/Expense trend reporting. Banking Relationships and Cash Management/Flow functions, including the use of companies Line of Credit, ST, and LT notes as needed to support business operations.
