CurrentDirector of Navisite’s Custom Application Development (CAD) practice. Project Manager, principle product designer and Data Architect for the America's One-Stop Operating System (AOSOS).I lead Navisite’s CAD practice. In this role I support sales efforts, define projects and manage engagements. I allocate and direct my team’s resources across multiple commercial, government and internal company projects to meet customer objectives for scope, schedule and budget. I manage the team’s overall utilization, revenue and margin per company expectations.For AOSOS, I manage all product design, software development, quality assurance and level 3 support activities. I work with the AOSOS states to plan, manage, deliver, install and support multiple concurrent projects and product versions. I have overall responsibility for the product's design, its technical architecture and its data architecture. I also provide marketing, sales and consulting support to the states.I have three decades of leadership in planning, designing, implementing and maintaining sophisticated n-tier cloud, internet, client/server, mainframe and PC systems, as well as in implementing and integrating packaged solutions. My application knowledge includes workforce programs, case management, job matching, reporting, supply chain execution, order management, marketing and billing.
