OHS Co-ordinator Responsible for providing knowledge to the Rumbalara team and it's associates by guiding workers across our safety systems and continue best practice methods to support the organisation.To develop upon safety strategies, initiatives and programs in the business framework to improve organisational performance and encourage a proactive approach in all aspects.Partner with management to define role accountabilities and enable a greater understanding of the obligations for managing health and safety matters effectively.Provide advice and recommendations that will deliver guidance in all OHS related matters.Coordinate OHS activities and ensure compliance across all sites and operations.Promote wellbeing and positive health outcomes that will contribute to the unique culture across all organisational operations.I have over 20 years experience working in Manufacturing including Pental, Cadbury Schweppes, Bega Cheese and MON Natural Foods covering roles from Team Leader, Plant Supervisor, Quality, Safety & Return to Work.I ran my PT Studio for 7 years in Melbourne studying biomechanics, anatomy and physiology while working closely with various allied health professionals to write specific programs for clients coming back from various injuries or conditions and worked as a Gym Supervisor at the Police Academy writing fitness programs for the new recruits for 2 years.I love to work hard, engage with others and train people to get the best out of them.
