As a professional learning consultant, I have developed and delivered comprehensive professional learning experiences to educators nationwide with a focus on implementing digital assessment tools and data-informed, high impact instructional practices. I have offered data consultation services to educational leaders, aiding in the identification of performance trends, pinpointing areas in need of improvement, and setting targeted improvement objectives. I have cultivated warm, caring, and trusting professional relationships with all educators with which I have had the privilege to work. As the Learning Leader aka principal of two successful elementary campuses, I implemented educational best practices at the campus and classroom level to improve student academic and behavioral outcomes. I am a Dr. Robert Marzano super-fan and led my campuses following the principals of High Reliability Schools. I provided effective supervision and constructive appraisal to foster continuous improvement among all staff members. I collaborated closely with staff to introduce innovative learning experiences for students, ensuring a dynamic educational environment. I am proud to say that knew the name and learning needs of every student in my school and I led the staff with a servant's heart.
