I manage and develop the existing CRM system, and lead on scoping and delivering changes to it. This involves working with external organisations to deliver shared projects and working with the business to analyse requirements. The role involved managing a project team and managing others through change. I lead on testing changes to the solution and implement rigorous quality assurance procedures to ensure the change meets acceptable quality requirements.The key aspect is analysing the business requirements of the users with the aim of developing the solution to facilitate roll-out to the whole organisation. To date this has extensively utilised my change management and people management skills.
