Responsible for all partnership related matters for 550+ partnership including the admission/promotion of partners, partner compensation/performance, benefits, retirement plans and the retirement/withdrawal of partners. Worked collaboratively with finance team on financial modeling/forecasting and budgeting of partners as well as individual partner metrics that were an integral part of the partner performance/compensation process. Worked very closely with senior leadership, partnership board, national/regional and office leadership. Frequent presenter to senior leadership and partnership board.

Reported directly to National Managing Partner of Tax Services and provided financial and operational leadership for US tax practice. Streamlined the compliance process across 40+ geographies, implemented a staffing/scheduling and tax compliance tracking system across the US practice, and led the complete revision of the tax manual and internal practice review processes. Coordinated the financial analysis (specific emphasis on receivables collection) and budgeting processes for national tax consulting practices.

Provided tax compliance and consulting services to corporations and high net worth individuals. Leader of the local tax compliance practice.

Managed all tax compliance aspects for a $500m publisher (Star Tribune newspaper).
