Worked with hospitals and physician groups to analyze their patient data for disease states, along with reimbursement rates. Analyzed data for Medicare advantage plans to share risk which allowed for higher reimbursement rates. Which resulted in a 40% increase in revenue from the same patients that were being seen.Managed the developed new Tele-health platform from conception to go live, developed on the mendix platform.Built application for long term care facilities, allowed medical directors to increase visits 7x. Developed new site for registration and payments for direct primary care for over 1000 dr’s.

AIMS is the combination of multiple companies – a Third Party Administrator, Telemedicine company, and ARMS a Managed Care Organization. Managed all aspects of technology for this third-party administrator, which provides self-funded plans, processed over $100 million in healthcare insurance claims. Managed development of new claims processing software, this software was developed from scratch, and utilized offshore development teams. This system was a complete claims adjudication system, that also repriced claims.Responsible for the data analytics around how physicians are reimbursed and what disease states were presented, using software with artificial intelligence.Worked with integration to Epic systems, utilizing api connectivity.

Colonial family partners were formed by an investment company to buy primary care practices. I was brought in to oversee all IT operations. I oversaw the following:• Move from on premise datacenter to AWS datacenter.• Moved them away from Greenway EMR.• Development of a new help desk and hiring of IT staff. • I was tasked with developing new ways to capture dicom images and making them available to the EMR.

Began my career at Alcatel as the second field engineer hired for their North American data services arm. Worked my way up from field engineer to operations director for East Coast/Federal Division Worldwide.I developed a service arm that sold Alcatel engineers onsite at customers and was the first service division to generate revenues. This program also generated additional hardware sales, by having one of our reps onsite. I ran the largest implementation project under our division, where we installed 1500 switches on 300 navy ships worldwide. This project entailed installing this switches while the ships sailed around the world through multiple countries. This required that I travel to the ships both at the dock and while at sea, allowing me to fly onto and off of aircraft carriers while at sea.Director – Field Services Federal Division/East Coast Region Hampton Roads, Va. 1999-2001 Managed field team, professional service team, and operations, with staff of 130. Responsible for profit and loss of my division, track expenses and revenues, while managing contracts. Extensive knowledge of the processes working with the federal government. Developed and implemented onsite contracts, that added a 40% revenue stream to my division.
