Takyon is a startup that aims at disrupting the travel booking market through blockchain and NFTs, in order to guarantee end customers the best purchasing conditions and the ability to resell their bookings and ensure tour operators better scheduling and management of bookings by obtaining certain and immediate takings.

As the Customer Relations Manager, I ensure our customers are happy. I handle complaints, analyze feedback, and make the customer experience better. I set service rules and work with other teams to solve problems. Good communication and a focus on customer happiness are key for my role.

My main job is to lead the sales team and make sure we hit our sales targets. I set goals, look at sales data, and find ways to boost sales. I might also train our team, manage customer relationships, and ensure great customer service.
