Responsible for leading, in partnership with UK Sport, a National Talent Recruitment search for Martial Artists who had the skill to transfer to Olympic Taekwondo. Worked in partnership with Sport Scientists, and Sport Medicine practitioners, high performance coaches and talent identification experts to develop Taekwondo specific talent profiles and ensure accurate profiling of athlete potential and performance.
