Employed with OrLANtech since 2006 I’m an OrLANtech IT Account Manager, with over 32 years of related field experience. I possess a strong background of customer relations management in the business-to-business industry. My primary duties at OrLANtech are to manage the day-to-day IT needs of our current book of business and acquire new accounts for the company. My responsibilities include regularly attending business functions, meetings and events, visiting with existing and potential customers to discuss their needs, and mapping out technology plans to meet those needs. As the liaison between the customer and our service technicians, on a daily basis I field calls and emails from customers, places orders for equipment, and communicate any service related requests with the OrLANtech Service Manager. My background experience includes sales, management and operations. My certifications include: WatchGuard, Cisco, Microsoft Small Business Development, Hewlett Packard Sales Professional & VOIP Technology.
