 Operations Start-Up – Collaborated with Operations Compliance team as Store Manager to setup store from the ground up through to the grand opening. Customer Metrics – Succeeded in increasing average customer count by 15% MTD over YTD. Average customer ticket increased from one of the lowest at $27.15 in the region to the highest of $38.68 per customer. Sales Growth – Exceeded monthly YTD average by 40% with sales transition from an expected 3% above goal to an average of 8% above goal for FY2018. Consistently exceeded monthly sales for 33 consecutive months. Staff Leadership – Led focused management training to become knowledgeable in stock-on-hand levels to make the store a “one stop shop” for all of the customer’s needs.

 Audit Lead – Lead multiple in-house, third-party company, or federal agency audits. Collaborated with senior leaders in Key Risk Indicator roundtable meetings to identify gaps in controls, determine scope, and assign departmental participants to the Risk Management team. Expertise in internal and ad-hoc audits, control assessment and risk-based internal audits. Third-Party Auditors – Saved the company over $20M in outsource audits for a single year with leadership of a review of the effectiveness of the scope of work performed by global third-party auditors compared to internal audit teams. Presented findings with recommendation to discontinue the relationship and perform the work in-house. Customer Metrics – Developed a database to track and monitor inbound customer service requests to identify areas of consistency and ensure all customers were being promptly helped. Regulatory Compliance – Proactive in review and monitored of regulatory compliance controls for Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Regulation B ECOA, FACT Act/FCRA, Fair Lending Regulation O, Regulation P, plus U.S. Fair Lending Standards, Call Monitoring and Recording Disclosure, CARD Act, Service Member’s Civil Relief Act, and US Patriot Act.
