Roxborough Park Foundation is a gated HOA community with 1050 residences and a general manager with a full staff. As Treasurer, I am responsible for all financial oversight of the Foundation's $2.5M budget and Chair of the annual budget committee.

Brought into the Optiva executive team for a 1 year assignment to run Global Managed Services and Support. Managed a $50M P&L meeting margin targets, implemented organizational changes focused on driving sales efficiencies, created processes and templates for better revenue forecasting, trained and transitioned my role over a 6 week period to the new Global VP.

Recruited back to Openwave System by the executive team to help drive numerous strategic alternatives that ultimately resulted in the sale of the business to Marlin Equity Partners in May, 2012. Performed due diligence on several acquisition targets.. In 2013, was asked by Marlin Equity Partners to serve as the Global Vice President of Professional Services for its Messaging portfolio company. Performed due diligence and post-sale integration for the acquisition of Critical Path in 2013. Hired, trained, and transitioned my role to the new Vice President of Global Professional Services.

Recruited to drive growth in the global Professional Services organization. Managed a global P&L with accountability for approximately $95 million in annual revenue. Directed 275 global employees. Grew revenues 6% while improving margins 11%.

Leader for all professional services in North, Central and South America. Managed a team of 6 Directors / Senior Managers, and a billable staff of 75. Annual revenue run-rate of $40M with full P&L authority for the operation.

Formerly Kenan Billing Systems and acquired by Lucent Technologies in 2000, responsible for consulting sales and delivery for billing and customer care software installation. Managed the delivery for several complex customer engagements throughout the Americas and Mexico and grew the Mexico region to over $4M in consulting revenue. Jointly managed the Denver consulting office and grew the consulting team by 300% over a 3-year period.

Recruited to provide account management to the Regional Bell Operating Companies (RBOCS). Responsible for system design, quality assurance, documentation, and customer training for large-scale telecom systems. Presented product road maps and consistently grew annual support fees by up-selling product enhancements.
