Provide direction and guidance to engineers for project development for all aspects of ATE (Automatic Test Equipment), manual test and burn-in, with emphasis on detailed test plans.Responsible for development of RHA (Radiation Hardness Assurance) plans and Radiation test practices for discrete Power MOSFETS, IC's and Hybrids, following test methods 1017, 1019 and 1080 Also, familiar with JEDEC test procedure JESD57 SEE guide line.Knowledgeable on DLA’s military specifications for mil-perf-19500, mil-std-38534, mil-std-38535 and military test methods mil-std-883 and mil-std-750. I am also a member of JEDEC JC13.Develop cost analysis for new product development, including engineering hours and hardware and software costs.Review new customer source control drawing (SCD) and provide feedback to determine if the product is within an engineering aptitude and if so, provide cost analysis.Develop metrics to analyze ATE hardware, which actively monitors test equipment’s ability to remain in a window of allowable tolerances.
