Initially my role was to carry out installations and removals of; AWP & SWP machines, online roulette machines, TBR Roulette machines, pool tables and juke boxes. For a client base including, Casino Groups Licensed betting offices and Brewery chains. Feb 2005, promoted to Field Service Engineer, carrying out reactive and planned preventative maintenance on the above mentioned equipment. Following a company restructure in 2008, my role became Multi-Site Field Service Engineer for the Leisure Division in the South Wales area. Overall duties remained the same as per Field Service Engineer position, however the client base changed to companies classed as the Leisure industry such as Hollywood Bowl, Tenpin Bowl and various motorway service stations. With full amusement arcades, equipment now incorporated things such as Air Hockey tables, Video Games and Virtual Hydraulic Simulators. Reason for Leaving; Redundancy.
