Long term contract with the Caribbean's largest diversified telecommunications company with 6000 employees. Tasked to expand our presence within five (5) island markets in the Eastern Caribbean with advanced enterprise ICT products and services. The main objective in managing a regional team is to maximize revenue streams and grow market share with a newly built high speed fiber network to include digital telephony, corporate data services and cloud computing. To work closely with Corporate Product Managers to assist with new product launches. A secondary focus is to provide technical ICT product training for existing sales team members. Also to serve as project lead for large regional and local enterprise companies as well as managing the sales team leaders in the Eastern Caribbean. Another significant area of focus is the development and implementation of a direct sales and marketing strategy for regional governments and public sector entities.Led department as a team leader in achieving 189% of quota for 2014 with the largest regional growth for the company.
