Passion for helping people improve life skills through effective training and learning--especially the "stragglers." So many "tools" (for learning, for advancing, for improving) at our disposal, yet it seems that mostly the self-motivated, go-getters take full advantage. In other words, the real good get better while the average or less-than-average often get left behind. How do we motivate the average or less-than-average? How do we open the world of technological tools to those "C minus" folks or those who feel stuck. For me, this passion is mostly toward our military folks, but if we can provide better opportunities for them, the obvious "spin-off" applies to K-12 students.
