Principal duties are delivering the Fair Start Scotland programme on behalf of the Scottish Government. This involved representing Triage and Fair Start at Stakeholder and Recruitment events, employability training and back to work assistance for unemployed participants. Liasing with stakeholder and third party organisations and Job Centre Plus staff to successfully set up new employment initiatives. Sourcing and securing sustainable vacancies for programme participants with health conditions. Frontline engagement actvities in Fife and the Scottish Borders with an understanding of a range of occupational sectors. Being first point of contact for referrals to programme. Within this role I was inducted as a Digital Champion for Connecting Scotland in order to offer support to participants that are digitally excluded.

Based onsite for Red Rock Partnership Ltd, managing a team of temporary Food Production Operatives and Hygiene staff for Kettle Produce. Duties included all aspects of onsite management: staffing of day shift, back shift and night shift as per daily client requirements, payroll, local HR, planning, COVID training and on call phone responsibilities. Management of team of onsite Contract Support staff and weekend working where required.

Temporary role assisting Driving and Industrial division: duties involved job advertising, candidate registration and induction. Using in-house payroll and compliance systems, assisting with on call duties.

After being made redundant at Front Row, myself and 2 others opened our own Logistics Recruitment Agency. I had responsibility for all day to day operations such as on call duties for client bookings, banking, wages, back office, development of new business, invoicing, finance and other associated managerial responsibilities to ensure complete compliance for all client contracts. I also shared driving responsibility for our company owned 3.5t XLWB Sprinter van carrying out light haulage work, pallet deliveries and multi drop driving around various locations in Scotland.
