Invited in an advisory capacity to oversee the operational performance of Smart Insurance and to optimise the efficiency of both the office and field teams. Introduced vehicle tracking and time management to the field operatives and saw an increase in site visits and account introductions of 37%.

Managing the Shine! central region I had responsibility for sourcing, training and developing a team of seven smart repairers and implementing our SOP's within the team. The team achieved an overall efficiency of over 103%, with all seven technicians consistently reaching an average of 90% utilisation over Q1 and Q3 in 2006 and 2007. Worked to develop a technicians performance incentive scheme to further develop both job quantity, efficiency and quality.
