Dean brings more than 20 years of Roads Policing & Road Safety experience to the Industry. A qualified Forensic Collision Investigator and an Expert Witness who has attended at and reported on numerous fatal collisions, both on the public roads network and off road including industrial accidents involving vehicles. He is experienced in dealing with court matters and also working alongside the HSE.He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Highways & Transportation and through his extensive experience of Safety Auditing, especially around Temporoary Traffic Management arrangements.A well regarded expert on traffic signing and the legal processes involved, he was the sole representative for ACPO (Association of Chief Police Officers) at the Department for Transport's reviews of the revised Traffic Signs Regulations and also the Review of Safety at Railway Level Crossings. Dean has worked alongside both Local Highway Authorities & Highways England and fully understands the intracasies of dealing with these bodies, especially where their highways are co-terminus with private roads.Having dealt first hand with the tragedy and trauma that 'getting it wrong' and a resultant death brings, he is passionate about his subject and uses his experience to prevent others 'getting it wrong'.
