I am working cross-functionally, executing on product development programs and growth initiatives for the Air Purifying , Supplied Air, Welding and Head & Sensory product ranges in an agile way. Working from the new Garret Morgan Innovation Hub I am introducing new products that reflect the increased Intergration of PPE and technology , I will also be spending a large amount of time with users of safety equipment to insure that new products are marketable and more importantly reflect users needs for increased smart PPE/RPE solutions. The role is a true customer driven process, with the key to any new products being based on voice of the customer utilisation, and also by levying the massive experience of our external sales staff.
