In terms of business development I engage and work with industry stake holders in partnership to develop and successfully deliver energy efficiency schemes. Introduce our national network of SWIP Approved Installers to these schemes. Specifying and promoting SWIP insulation system, solution service and expertise.

I liase with national, regional house builders and merchants at a senior level in relation to aircrete and aggregate block. Pricing and supply chain agreements.

Regional role with responsibility for product sales and specification via national & regional house builders. One aim is to obtain (SCA’s) supply chain agreements from the top 25 volume house builders. I liaise with the regional buyers, commercial & technical managers and directors to ensure our specification is are won and held from design stage to installation. Responsible for the driving sales of energy efficient measures Solid Wall Insulation including External Wall Insulation specialising in Internal Wall Insulation and creating partnerships with funders, contractors and clients such as LA’s HA’s to manage and deliver projects from design specification to install including industry compliance. A detailed and structured understanding of the Energy Company Obligation (ECO) Green Deal, has been crucial to my role, its ongoing transformation and impact on the market and stake holder mentality. I assist in coordination of the residential refurbishment strategy and communicate with colleagues commercial teams to create supply chain through contractors and distributors while being conscious to the need and expectations of clients in this evolving sector of the insulation market.
