Responsible for servicing and growing commercial loan portfolio, and heading marketing efforts for the bank. Clients included executive, high net worth individuals and companies. Marketing responsibilities included coordination of advertising and community outreach at large venues.

Developed new business and grew existing portfolio with clients throughout Central Florida. Experienced in construction and mini-perm lending for retail, medical and office facilities, both owner-occupied and investment properties. Dealt with many different types of clients, including non-profit organizations and housing authority organizations. Extensive experience in all aspects of commercial real estate lending transactions, including legal, appraisals, environmental reports/audits and survey issues. Also worked with special assets, collections, asset recovery and skip tracing. Was awarded the “Spirit of the Eagle” commendation for actions taken in the aftermath of the 2004 hurricanes that resulted in the branch returning to full operations within 24 hours. Was also awarded for deposit growth in 2008.

Managed the asset-based lending department, and was responsible for new business development and retention of existing commercial relationships. Closed many different types of loans, including conventional, commercial real estate loans, as well as United States Small Business Administration Loans under both the 7A and 504 programs. Was awarded for outstanding performance.
