I have 20 years of experience in all aspects of retail leasing, development, management and delivery with significant experience in negotiating with and for major retail tenant groups I am currently providing Property Development consulting services to national retail groups and small service based start up businesses in all aspects of Property Development.I have built, managed and developed quality Property teams in all Property related disciplines.Working with some of Australia’s leading retailers, landlords and private equity groups including:- Coles Myer- Wesfarmers (Coles Supermarkets & Bunnings)- Colonial First State- Archer CapitalIn my last full time role as Head of Property at QSRH (Red Rooster, Oporto & Chicken Treat) I led the team that has secured over 100 new sites, 90%+ franchised with a pipeline of 35 franchised stores to open in FY17 which will be the highest ever annual number of store openings for the group.In the 3 years prior as State Property Manager for Coles Victoria/Tasmania led the team of five (5) that secured over 30 new Coles supermarket sites and managed a property portfolio of over 200 existing Coles Supermarkets stores.In roles as Development Manager and National Leasing Manager – Major Tenants for Colonial in seven (7) years concluded over 100 major tenant deals including Myer, Target, Coles, Kmart, Woolworths, ALDI JB Hi-Fi, Best and Less, Rebel Sport, Toys R Us, First Choice Liquor, Dan Murphies and Apple in some of the highest profile and most successful shopping centres in Australia including Chadstone, Chatswood Chase, Northland, Midland, Grand Plaza, Queens Plaza and Rundle Place.
