Focused on best-in-class enhancements and deliverables to maximise the potential of back-office functions.Highlights include:Leading Investa's Payment TImes Reporting (PTR) project. Delivering the businesses PTR reporting and trend monitoring tools through Power BI.Led the Shared Service team's business engagement outcomes resulting in a record upswing in the team engagement within the business.Undertook and led numerous innovation and process improvement projects which aided in improving payment on time outcomes and more robust process controls for the business.

As AR Manager I was responsible for a team of 4 other AR team members within the Shared Services department. My role included the raising and charging of monthly rental fees to Investa's tenants as well as the daily allocation of incoming revenue and bank reconciliations. In addition, I was responsible for the timely collection of any overdue arrears and would work with the AR team and key stakeholders both internally and externally to resolve and if required negotiate satisfactory outcomes to any queries or disputes which may arise. Highlights Include:Vastly improved the businesses arrears position from when I joined. Reduced unallocated receipt balances to near zero. Reconciled and worked with AR team and customers to agree true arrears balances. Resolving cash misallocations as needed.Introduced meaningful and achievable KPI targets which could then be tied to the team's end of year award outcomes.Brought in mandatory peer catch up sessions between the AR team and their key stakeholders to discuss support and next step requirements when arrears became "long term".

Responsible for the collection and allocation of payable brokerage commissions, I worked with a team of 10 across a number of commodity and derivative type products such as Swaps, FX Options and Foward Rate Agreements and the allocation of those funds. My role included working with various trade desks to help resolve any disptes and issues as and when they arise.Highlights included:Working closely with multiple trading desks to resolve complex brokerage queries and client disputes.Liasing with banking platforms and clients to understand and resolve cross currency reconciliations.Worked with the London business to implement, action and manage the brokerage component of the businesses disaster recovery plan following the 9/11 attacks on NYC.
