In addition, I was responsible for the timely collection of any overdue arrears and would work with the AR team and key stakeholders both internally and externally to resolve and if required negotiate satisfactory outcomes to any queries or disputes which may arise. Highlights Include:Vastly improved the businesses arrears position from when I joined. Reduced unallocated receipt balances to near zero. Reconciled and worked with AR team and customers to agree true arrears balances.
