Responsible for arranging financing and / or equity raises for various projects (hospitality, healthcare, office, multifamily, residential, retail) and banking relationships.Evaluation of New Opportunities (Acquisition) of Assets and Debt PortfoliosResponsible for development activities including approvals, construction, leasing, sales/purchase activity for real estate projects. • Manage construction projects from design through construction and close out • Coordinates the activities of the design team, including architects, attorneys, engineers and consultants throughout the design process • Coordinate the bid/award activities for construction contracts • Manage the construction by hiring, directing and coordinating the activities of Construction Managers, General Contractors or Multi-Prime Contractors • Facilitate value engineering exercises and ensure the final product meets the requirements of the contract documents • Review and approve payments to design professionals, construction contractors and material/equipment vendors • Coordinate Property Management Issues
